The Little Sisters is a cafe and bakery on Manu Temple Road in Old Manali, near the government school. Every cup tells a story here: espresso and pour-overs, French press, AeroPress and moka pot, iced coffees and matcha. The kitchen starts with breakfast — Israeli, English, Indian and their own Little Sister plate, eggs any style, porridge and waffles — and runs on to salads and soups, momos and thukpa, falafel and schnitzel platters, pasta, pizza, tandoor and Indian curries. There is a fully plant-based, gluten-free card of pancakes and smoothies, sweetened only with banana, jaggery and maple. Tell the staff about any allergy — they will make changes for you.
